Ritningstolken brings AI to Elmässan for a true “wow” experience
Ritningstolken is an AI-driven SaaS platform that automates symbol counting and length measurement on electrical drawings. With this technology, estimators can avoid repetitive tasks and instead focus on quality assurance and optimization.
“We are currently in an intense launch phase. We’re running pilots with several leading installation companies, developing features based on user feedback, and preparing for our broad market introduction this fall,” says Fredrik Rikelius, CEO of Ritningstolken.
He sees Elmässan as the obvious event to participate in.

For the electrical industry, AI can be a major game-changer.
“AI can free up huge amounts of time in estimating work, while also increasing precision and reducing the risk of errors. Material orders become more accurate and project planning more efficient. Younger team members can also get up to speed faster, as the system guides and supports them,” says Rikelius.
Looking ahead, he sees a clear trend.
“I’m convinced that AI will soon be a natural part of quantity surveying, estimating, project planning, and procurement. Companies that adopt it early will gain a clear competitive edge—in efficiency and profitability. Ritningstolken is just the beginning of that journey.”
