Login details are sent to the email address provided when booking your stand (welcome email from My Easyfairs). Can’t find them? Click “Forgot password” and follow the instructions to receive a new login link.

Every visitor wears a badge containing digital information, including contact details and company information.
Make it easy for visitors to remember their visit to your stand. When a visitor taps their badge on your reader, you not only receive the visitor’s details – the visitor receives yours too.
After the event, you’ll receive a list of warm leads who have actively opted in to continued dialogue. This allows you to keep the relationship going long after the event.
The reader is included in your EasyGo package, and you can customise the signage for your reader to match your goals.
With the Easyfairs Nordics app, you can scan visitors’ badges wherever you are at the event.
You can also make your meetings more effective by adding pre-set questions that your stand staff can easily work through during conversations.
The app also allows you to invite visitors to your stand. It simplifies networking before, during and after the event.
