At Elmässan, we will traditionally host a competition in the categories ‘Best electrical news’ and ‘Best news in lighting.’ Registration is currently closed.

If your entry advances, it will be showcased on the website and on-site in a dedicated competition area at the exhibition. Visitors can vote both digitally and in person, and the three entries with the most votes will have the opportunity to present their product to a jury, which will then select the winner.

Before the fair

Preparations before the fair

You have booked your booth, and it’s time to start preparing for your participation. Please go through the points below as soon as possible.

Getting the right visitors to the exhibition is a team effort. Both we, as organizers, and you, as exhibitors, share the responsibility of inviting visitors. Statistics show that exhibitors who promote their participation before the event achieve on average 250% better results than those who do not.

You can think of the exhibition as a shopping mall: we, the organizers, are the mall, and you, the exhibitors, are the stores. To attract customers to your store instead of others, you need to promote your presence and stand out from the crowd. Once visitors arrive, your booth must also look attractive and have knowledgeable staff on hand to build strong relationships with those who visit.

To help you maximize your participation, we offer several tools:

1. Your exhibitor page on our website

Under the “Exhibitor List” on our website, the information you fill in on My Easyfairs is displayed (for more details, see the My Easyfairs tab). Here you can showcase your company, upload innovative products, news, and job postings. Statistics show that exhibitors with a completed My Easyfairs profile perform better on-site. This information is also sent individually to all visitors who scan your Smart Badge reader at the exhibition.

2. Your personal registration link

You can find this in My Easyfairs under “Invite your existing and potential customers” → “Invitation.” Benefits of using your personal registration link:

  • Easy and fast way to promote your participation
  • Collects leads before Elmässan even opens (all visitors who register via your link can be viewed in My Easyfairs)
  • SMS notifications to your phone when visitors who registered via your link arrive at Kistamässan

3. Personal banner

We have prepared banners that you can use in your marketing. These can be found in My Easyfairs under “Invite existing and potential customers” → “Marketing materials.”

Don’t forget to tag us on Facebook and LinkedIn @Elmassan and use our hashtag #elmassan on social media.

With a few simple tips, exhibitors can maximize their participation. Here’s a short checklist:

  • Update your profile in My Easyfairs
  • Promote your participation through your own channels and invite your customers using your personal registration link found in My Easyfairs.
  • Invest time and effort in your booth so it is visually attractive to visitors. A great tip is to engage visitors with an activity, such as a competition or offering a treat.
  • Have the right people on-site. Select your most committed and knowledgeable staff for the booth.
  • Engage your booth staff. Ensure you have enough personnel and plan breaks and lunch times.
  • Actively use both Visit Connect and the Smart Badge reader during the exhibition.
  • Don’t forget to follow up after the event! Leads can be found in My Easyfairs and in the Visit Connect portal.

In short: prepare well to achieve the best results!

In the Exhibitor Academy, you’ll find concise and clear information about what participating in a trade fair can look like.

We are introducing a new, sustainable stand  system to be used for constructing stands at Elmässan. The previous wooden walls will be replaced with flexible metal frames from the brand beMatrix.

Do you want to hold customer meetings, workshops, extra product demonstrations, or other activities during the exhibition? You can book conference rooms on the lower floor. Contact us at linn.jobson@easyfairs.com for more information!

For constructions and advertising displays exceeding 2.5 meters in height, an additional fee applies. This does not include booth lighting. Structures higher than 2.5 meters must be anchored to the ceiling with a safety cable. Please contact your assigned sales representative if you wish to request a multi-level or elevated construction.

After the event

Exhibition evaluation

Two action-packed exhibition days have come to an end, and it’s time for follow-up. Download your leads and start the journey toward new collaborations.

Smart Badge Reader:
You can find all visitors who have touched your reader in My Easyfairs after the exhibition under “View Results” and “Download Leads.”

Visit Connect:
The Smart Badges you scanned with Visit Connect are available in your Visit Connect account.

As organizers, we send out surveys to everyone who staffed your booth, giving you the opportunity to evaluate the exhibition. Your feedback is extremely important to us, as we are constantly striving to improve and meet your expectations. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete these surveys.

During the exhibition, your company had the opportunity to speak with one of our sales representatives to book a booth for upcoming fairs. Don’t forget to confirm your booth booking and keep an eye on the order confirmation, which will be sent to the contact person’s email.

Warmer leads

Visit Connect

With Visit Connect, you get a powerful tool to turn meetings into business opportunities. By simply scanning the QR code on visitors’ Smart Badges (name tags), you collect valuable information — directly on your mobile device.

No lost business cards, no complicated lists — just clear, actionable leads that you can quickly follow up after the fair.

Your digital business card

Smart Badge

As an exhibitor, you will receive a reader during move-in to place on your stand wall to enhance the overall experience for our visitors. The reader is a wireless sensor that sits in your stand.

When a visitor touches the reader with their Smart Badge, all the company information you have shared in My Easyfairs is automatically collected. The information is then summarized and sent in a single email after the exhibition day ends.
