We’re excited that you want to visit Elmässan! Here, we’ve gathered answers to the most common questions to help you prepare for your visit to the fair.

General information

For visitors in Stockholm

Currently, parking is limited due to a major infrastructure project led by Stockholm City and the Swedish Transport Administration.
We therefore encourage everyone to use public transport whenever possible when visiting Kistamässan.

Parking spaces available:

  • P1: Located in the middle of Nolsögatan in Kista (towards the E4). 650 spaces. Fee: 200 SEK/day.
  • P2: Located on Dalviksgatan in Kista (south side of Dalviksgatan). 400 spaces. Fee: 25 SEK/day.
  • P3: Located at the end of Österögatan (just before Euromaster) in Kista. 70 spaces. Fee: 150 SEK/day.
  • P4: Located just after Torshamnsgatan 42 in Kista (near the E4). 160 spaces. Fee: 200 SEK/day.

Shuttle buses:
Shuttle buses run between Jan Stenbecks torg, Kistagallerian (East side) and the main entrance of Kistamässan during both fair days.

TRAIN
Green option (Recommended by the fair team)
Subway: Take the blue line 11 from T-Centralen towards Akalla. Get off at Kista – travel time 17 minutes. From Kista Centrum subway station, it’s about a 12-minute walk to Kistamässan. Follow the signs to the venue. The subway runs approximately 6 times per hour.

COMMUTER TRAIN (Pendeltåg)
Take the commuter train from Stockholm Central towards Uppsala, Upplands Väsby, or Märsta. Get off at Helenelunds station – travel time 12 minutes. From Helenelunds station, it’s about a 5-minute walk to Kistamässan. Follow the signs to the venue. Trains run 4–6 times per hour.

AIRPLANE

  • Arlanda Airport: The easiest way to reach Kistamässan is by commuter train. Travel towards Stockholm and get off at Helenelunds station (about 20 minutes). From there, it’s around a 5-minute walk to the venue. Alternatively, you can take a taxi. We recommend using one of Stockholm’s major taxi companies for the best price. Contact Kistamässan for tips on taxi providers.
  • Bromma Airport: From Bromma Airport, you can take either a taxi or public transport via SL.

CAR
The Swedish Transport Administration is conducting an infrastructure project to connect the tram line from Bromma Airport to Helenelunds commuter train station. Because of this, parking at Kistamässan is limited. We therefore recommend using public transport to reach the fair.

  • E4 Northbound: Take the KISTA S exit from E4 onto Kymlingelänken / Road 279. Keep right and follow signs to Kistamässan. Turn left at the traffic lights toward Kistamässan. Go straight through the roundabout toward Torshamnsgatan and follow signs to Kistamässan. Continue straight on Torshamnsgatan at the lights. Turn right onto Strömögatan and follow signs to the venue.
  • E4 Southbound: Take the KISTA S exit from E4. Turn right at the second exit and follow signs to Kistamässan. Turn right in the roundabout toward Torshamnsgatan and follow signs to Kistamässan. Continue straight on Torshamnsgatan at the lights. Turn right onto Strömögatan and follow signs to the venue.

Available for purchase in the restaurant and bistro on the upper entrance level, as well as in the café inside the exhibition hall.

Opening hours:

  • Restaurant: 11:00–15:00
  • Bistro: Wednesday 07:30–15:00, Thursday 07:30–16:00
  • Café: Wednesday 09:00–17:00, Thursday 09:00–16:00

In the main entrance, there is an elevator and escalator up to the exhibition hall (upper entrance level).

Accessible restrooms are available on the upper entrance level and on the E-level.

Hearing loop: Available on the front row at all stages.

Guide dogs: Naturally, guide dogs are welcome.

Limited parking – free shuttle bus
Due to limited parking, we recommend using public transport.

We offer a free shuttle bus between Kistagallerian (Jan Stenbecks torg) and Kistamässan on both days.

  • Wednesday, October 14: 06:45–19:30
  • Thursday, October 15: 06:45–16:30

The bus runs continuously throughout the day between the stops without a fixed schedule.

Pick-up is at Kista Galleria (Google Maps).

At Malmömässan, the Forest restaurant is located directly next to the conference area and exhibition hall.

Malmömässan is located on Inre Ringvägen in Hyllie. The area offers over 3,000 parking spaces, including charging stations for electric vehicles. More information about parking can be found on PMalmö’s website: www.pmalmo.se.

On site

There is a supervised cloakroom on site.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the venue (except guide dogs).

Walking children are not allowed at the fair for safety reasons.

Babies in carriers or strollers are welcome.

At the entrance, you will receive a smart name badge that makes it easier for you to exchange contact information with exhibitors at the booths. After the event day, you will receive an email with a complete list of the companies you showed interest in – smart, right?

Skills supply is crucial for the industry, and we are delighted that tomorrow’s workforce wants to visit us.

Students from colleges, universities, vocational higher education, or equivalent higher education are welcome on day 2 of the fair between 12:00–16:00.

Unfortunately, we do not admit high school students.

There will be a photographer and videographer on site during both days. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform the photographer on site.

On site

Program & registration

No, you register as a visitor and will receive a digital entry ticket with a QR code sent to the email address you provided in the registration form. When you arrive at the fair, you choose which activities you want to participate in.

Please note that you must have registered as a visitor and received an entry ticket to access the fair’s program. The entry ticket is free for everyone working in the industry.

If you have entered incorrect information, you can contact us and we will assist you.

Your ticket will be sent to your email at the time of booking. Please check for the email address noreply@ndc.easyfairs.com.

If you still cannot find your ticket, you can contact us.

You cannot transfer your entrance ticket as it is personal. However, you are welcome to invite industry colleagues free of charge. When they register as visitors, they will receive their own personal entrance ticket.
